“Having considered the Company's cash position standing at USD 2,108,961 as at 30 November 2025 and low level of committed expenditure, which is expected to be below USD 100,000 for the next 12 months, the directors believe that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. For the above reasons the directors have adopted the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
