“As a result of its enquiries the Board has a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being a period of 12 months after the date on which the Report and Financial Statements are signed. Loans from the Parent Undertaking are repayable on demand. The Company is in receipt of a letter of support stating these loans will not be recalled in the foreseeable future. For this reason, it continues to adopt the going concern basis in the Financial Statements. Consequently, the directors are still confident that the Company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
