“The directors have performed cash flow forecasts covering a period of 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements. These forecasts show that the group and parent company will have sufficient liquidity for the going concern assessment period. The key assumptions in these forecasts include a continued improvement in sales and no significant increases in exposure to bad debts. The directors have received written confirmation that repayment of amounts due to the parent undertaking will not be made for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements unless appropriate replacement funding has been obtained, albeit this support is not legally binding. The directors have also performed a reverse stress test, modelling significant decreases in revenue and are satisfied that this scenario is very remote.”
