“The Directors have satisfied themselves of the Company's ability to continue as a going concern based on current cash-flow projections and capital expenditure. As part of the Going Concern assessment, management considered plausible downside risks. In addition, the Directors have received a formal letter of support from the Company's parent undertaking, confirming that it will provide such financial assistance as is necessary to enable the Company to meet its obligations as they fall due for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
