Material uncertainty disclosed

“On the basis of the above, the director has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future whilst at the same time recognising the status of the refinancing of the parent undertaking. In summary the company is reliant upon the support of its parent undertaking, which has itself reported a material uncertainty in relation to going concern due to the status of its refinance transaction. This represents a material uncertainty related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern and, therefore, it may be unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
