Going concern
Affirmed

“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Company has net current assets of £38.1m (2023: £25.2m) which is largely the result of the net intercompany position which are repayable on demand. The Company is an intermediate holding company which earns dividend income from its investment and has operating expenses such as payroll and other expenses. The Company has considered the ability of the fellow Group company to settle the intercompany debt, the availability of the Group to provide short-term funding to the Company to settle its liabilities as they fall due, which the directors have confirmed with the Group remains available, if required, for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. On this basis, the directors have concluded that it's appropriate to prepare the Company's financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
