“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Company is dependent on funds provided to it by Fareva SA, the Company's ultimate parent. Fareva SA has provided support to the Company and will continue to make available such funds as are needed by the Company, for the foreseeable future, being at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Directors have received confirmation that Fareva SA will not seek repayment of the amounts currently made available within at least 12 months following the approval of these financial statements. The Directors consider that this should enable the Company to continue in operational existence for the near future by meeting its liabilities as they fall due for payment.”

• “During the year the Company waived an outstanding intercompany debt owed to it by its immediate parent company, Fareva UK Limited, of £18,049,000 which was the main contributor to the overall loss for the period and reduction in total shareholders' funds at the end of the year.”
