Material uncertainty over going concern
The Company has no further syndicate participations following the RITC of the 2017 Year of Account of Syndicate 1110 and is therefore no longer a going concern. Additionally, on 26 June 2024, the Company's ultimate parent undertaking, R&Q Insurance Holdings Ltd, entered into provisional liquidation. An intercompany Loan agreement with R&Q Capital No1 Ltd was agreed in the period, providing a funding facility to the Company of up to £250,000 to cover ongoing operational expenses. The utilised balance on the facility as at 30 June 2025 was £66k. Accordingly, the Financial Statements have not been prepared on a going concern basis, however there is no effect on the valuation of the assets or liabilities of the Company.
