“Therefore the Governing Body has a reasonable expectation that the Academy Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason it continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

- “Additionally, during the 2024/25 year, the Academy engaged with a third party consultant to plan for and deliver a new classroom block of 6 classrooms. The aim of these additional classrooms is to ease the tight timetabling problems that are experienced with some lessons having to take place in classrooms which are not ideal; eg a history lesson within a science lab. This exercise has continued and should be completed ready for a September 2026 opening.”
