“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The Company meets its day-to-day working capital requirements through its bank facilities. In addition, the Company is party to a cash pooling facility covering the Company and other subsidiaries of Dalkia Group Limited (the "Group"), the Company's parent undertaking. Dalkia Group Limited has indicated it will continue to make available such funds as are needed to enable Dalkia Group Limited subsidiary companies to meet their obligations as they fall due and will not seek repayment of amounts currently made available until at least 12 months of the signing the of the financial statements.”
