“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Directors have reviewed the current financial position and noted the Company is in net current liabilities position of £54,073,458 (2023: £47,087,172) and net liabilities position of £53,172,601 (2023: £46,404,551). The Directors also reviewed the projected financial position of the Company, making reasonable assumptions about future performance. The Directors believe that preparing the financial statements on a going concern basis is appropriate due to the continued financial support from Evergreen Real Estates Partners LLC. The Directors have received confirmation that Evergreen Real Estates Partners LLC intends to support the Company for at least 12 months after these financial statements are signed.”
