• “During the year ended 31 December 2024, the Group identified a material error in the intercompany payable balance between the Parent entity, MDC Precision Limited, and MDC Precision LLC, an immediate parent entity within the wider group. The error arose due to incomplete translation of intercompany balances, which resulted in an understatement of liabilities in both the consolidated and entity financial statements of MDC Precision Limited. The error originated in periods prior to 2022 and remained unresolved through subsequent years.”
