Significant events
- “Subsequent to the reporting date, the Linton Company received a Reservation of Rights letter from HSBC in relation to a debt service ratio covenant breach on the mortgage secured against the Cole Road property. HSBC has confirmed that it does not intend to demand immediate repayment and has demonstrated continued support by agreeing to an increased overdraft facility of up to £500,000, available until 31 March 2026. As a result, the associated borrowings have been classified as current liabilities in these financial statements.”

This brings the total borrowing under the facility to £2 million. Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
