“The directors have reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least twelve months from signing the financial statements. The company has received a proportion of the profits allocated by Serone Capital Management LLP in the year ended 31 December 2024. The assessment has considered both the current financial position and the expected future performance of the group. It has been prepared conservatively, with the only source of income used in forecasting being management fees. Performance fees, despite historically being a significant contributor to income, have been excluded due to their inherent potential for volatility. The company maintains sufficient cash reserves and no overdue liabilities. There are no known events or conditions that cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue operating. This assessment has been prepared on the basis that the members of Serone Capital Management LLP will provide support as confirmed in the letter of support.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
