“At the balance sheet date, the company had net current liabilities of £31,986 (31 December 2023: £77,993). There were net assets of £1 (31 December 2023: net liabilities £46,006). The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The period considered in detail by the directors is up to 12 months following the date of the authorisation of the financial statements. The director considers that the basis is appropriate for the following reason:- The ultimate parent company, Kelly Communications Group Limited, has confirmed its willingness and ability to provide support to a company for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements.”
