“The directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis, as in their opinion the Company is able to meets its obligations as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of this report. In considering this requirement the directors have considered the budgets of the Pathlines Group. Based on the analysis carried out, the directors do not anticipate any significant downturn to adversely affect the Company.”
