Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

• “At the end of the financial year the company relocated to new, state of the art premises to facilitate future expansion plans, and to create the space required to operate efficiently and continue to invest in new products and technologies to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry. Having outgrown our previous premises and moved into our new home, the results for the period include a provision of £306k for exiting the vacated property leases which has impacted our reported profit for the period.”
