“The company was in a net asset position at the year end and also recorded a profit during the year. The directors have considered the ability and commitment of the immediate parent undertaking and controlling party, Adagio SAS, to support the company for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approving these financial statements. Furthermore, the directors have made enquiries and considered the uncertainty of the current economic environment and have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.”
