“The Group received intergroup loan capital injections of £7.5m from Republic in the year and a further £1.6m by February 2025, giving the Group adequate resources to manage its business risks and to continue as a going concern for a period of not less than 12 months from the date that the financial statements are approved. Subsequent to year end the board approved the capitalisation of £6,851,564 of the funding received during 2024 to equity for the issuance of ordinary shares in the company. The directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
