- Affirmed
“Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Existing operating are expected to continue generating cash inflows in the normal course of business, which allows the group to meet its liabilities as they fall due... The company has access to Rosy Topco Limited and the wider group to provide financial support meeting liabilities as and when they fall due, but only to the extent that money is not otherwise available to meet such liabilities; and The group has access to a 5-year Revolving Credit Facility ("RCF") facility of £5,000,000 which is currently undrawn.”
Significant events
- “On 31 March 2024, the company acquired the trade and assets of Reassured Advice Limited, a fellow group undertaking as part of a group restructuring exercise. This strategic consolidation positions the company for stronger regulatory alignment and operational scalability, while enhancing its ability to deliver quality service to customers across the UK life insurance market.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
