“The Company meets its day-to-day working capital requirements through its retained profits and as being part of the Beacon Hill Group 2010 Limited Group which has external bank facilities of £100m which are payable in over 12 months from the date of these financial statements. In assessing the going concern assumption the directors have prepared a trading, cash flow and covenant forecast until September 2026 for the Group, including a downside scenario which reflects lower than expected residential house sales and potential mitigating actions. In all these scenarios, the Group, and therefore. the Company, has sufficient available facilities and headroom in its covenant tests. After making enquiries, the directors therefore have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”

Significant events
- “The other key event in 2024 was that division opened a retail outlet in September 2024. Whilst it is very early days for the business to establish its retail offer, the early indications are that this will deliver a positive result for the division and the company.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
