“The directors have adopted the going concern basis for the preparation of these financial statements. For the purpose of the Company's. going concern assessment, the directors have considered the going concern assessment for the whole Group headed by Westminster Topco Limited ("the Westminster Group"), the ultimate parent company, covering the period to 31 December 2026 because the Westminster Group's external bank debt of £85 million is secured by a fixed and floating charge over all the assets of the Group. Accordingly, the Company has received a letter of financial support from Westminster Topco Limited covering the period to 31 December 2026.”
