“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In adopting a going concern basis, the Company has considered business activities, principal risks and uncertainties as set out within the Strategic. report, and the impact of macroeconomic factors such as the ongoing cost of living crisis. The Directors have performed an assessment of the businesses' ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. In order to make this assessment, a cash flow forecast up to the period ending 31 December 2026 has been prepared. A reasonable severe but plausible scenario has also been modelled. Under both scenarios the business has sufficient funding to meet liquidity requirements to support its ongoing operations through the remainder of 2025 and 2026. In addition, the directors have received confirmation from the Company's ultimate parent undertaking that the Company will receive support, if required, in order to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of not less than 12 months from the approval date of these financial statements. As a result, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
Significant events

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
