Material uncertainty disclosed

“As outlined in Note 1 of the parent company financial statements, which were approved on 29 June 2025, the Directors have made a judgement that the necessary funds to adequately finance the Group's obligations will be secured and that the Group will continue to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business. Accordingly, the Directors have adopted the going concern basis in preparing the consolidated financial statements. However, the need for additional financing in a downside case within a 12 month period indicates the existence of a material uncertainty, which may cast significant doubt about the Group's and this subsidiary company's ability to continue as a going concern and its ability to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business. These financial statements do not include adjustments that would be required if the company was unable to continue as a going concern.”

Auditor, going-concern and subsidiary information is drawn from the narrative of the latest annual accounts. About these numbers

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
