“The directors have prepared budgets and forecasts for a period of 12 months the date of these financial statements. Considering the future cash flows that are expected to be generated by the Company through its ordinary trade and having considered the repayment terms of group and other loans, the directors consider that the Company is in such a position as to continue normal operations for the foreseeable future.
