  Material uncertainty over going concern

  We draw attention to Note 2.4 of the financial statements, which describes the basis of preparation and management's assessment of the Group and Company's ability to continue as a going concern. As stated in the note, subsequent to the balance sheet date, the Group's cash runway is expected to last into Q3 2025, and as a result, the Group is in the process of securing an external equity investment of approximately $15 million. A non-binding co-led term sheet from two investors has been signed in June 2025, with the transaction expected to close by 31 July 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. The proceeds from this investment are intended to support the Company's strategic growth initiatives and extend its operational cash runway. These conditions indicate that at date of the audit report, a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.
