- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The Directors have assessed going concern by considering areas of financial risk, including the continuing impact upon the economy of geopolitical tensions, and by reviewing cash flow forecasts covering a period of at least 12 months from the date of approving these financial statements. They also considered the Company's financial resources, including investments in a project asset. The project operates long-term contracts with various public sector customers. The financing for this project is non-recourse to the Company. Based on this analysis, the Directors have concluded that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, a period of at least 12 months from the date of approving these financial statements. Thus, they consider it appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
