“The directors have made an assessment of going concern, taking into account both current performance and the Company's outlook which considered the impact of macroeconomic uncertainties, and in particular the impact of the cost of living crisis, potential trade restrictions and tariff increases and strained economic relations between the US, China, Europe and other countries and the conflicts in Ukraine and Gaza on reducing (but still high) global inflation, energy prices and interest rates. As part of the assessment of going concern the directors made enquiries and reviewed forecasts for the Company including considering the recoverability of the outstanding loan investments, undrawn funding commitments and investment repayments made, and the directors believe there are no material uncertainties that lead to significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue in business over the next 12 months at least.”
