“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The company is part of a group that successfully refinanced its loans and borrowings in February 2024... The covenants attached to the loans and borrowings were in breach as at 30 September 2024 and in the post balance sheet period... On 26 June 2025 the lender waived the covenant breaches and reset the forward looking covenants... For these reasons, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting.”
