- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The directors affirm that the going concern assumption remains appropriate for the financial statements for the period ending 31 March 2025. The GWI group has demonstrated a material shift to EBITDA profitability this year and confidently expects this positive trend to continue into FY26, leading to overall cash income for the year. The group has prepared forecasts extending up to 31 March 2027, which clearly demonstrate sufficient cash and funding to continue as a going concern for at least 12 months from the signing date. With the business expecting to reach cash flow positivity by the second half of FY26, coupled with a strong start to the financial year ending 31 March 2026, we have high confidence that these forecasts are achievable.”
Significant events
- “Fiscal Year 2025 saw a global economic landscape characterised by general growth slowdown, influenced by heightened policy uncertainty, rising trade barriers, and persistent inflationary pressures. Despite this challenging backdrop, GWI not only navigated these complexities but also successfully achieved its three key financial objectives”
- “Throughout the year, GWI continued its significant investment in our product suite, evidenced by an increase in intangible assets to £27.2M (FY24: £25.4M). This strategic investment culminated in the release of GWI Spark, our industry-leading Al tool for consumer insights.”
- “The Board also renegotiated the maturity date of the group's secured bank loan to May 2028, ensuring greater financial stability and flexibility to support ongoing investment.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
