“The company is dependent upon the support of its ultimate parent undertaking, JAKKS Pacific Inc., and the directors have obtained confirmation in writing of its continued support, which includes non-financial and financial support. The directors are therefore confident that the company will be able to meet its liabilities for the foreseeable future. The directors have therefore prepared the financial statements on the going concern basis.”
