“The Company has obtained a letter of support from its ultimate parent undertaking, Naked Wines plc, indicating its intention to continue to provide financial support as necessary, including not intending to seek repayment of the amounts currently due to the group to the extent required, for the Company to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months following the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. Notwithstanding the net liabilities and net current liabilities of £10k (2024: £10k), the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements continue to be prepared on a going concern basis. Having made necessary enquiries, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company will be able to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due. For these reasons, the Directors consider it appropriate for the Company to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
