Going concern
Affirmed

“Following this review, performance of sensitivities and stress scenarios, and with consideration of formal support provided by its current investors through the going concern period, directors have a reasonable expectation that the group have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Biological Preparations Group Limited, the ultimate parent company has indicated that for at least 12 months from the approval of these financial statements, it will continue to make available any funds that are needed by the company, allowing it to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Consequently, directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
