“After reviewing the company's forecasts and considering the net assets, and based on expected continued financial support from the ultimate parent, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the group and company have adequate resources to continue in operational existence and meet their liabilities for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least 12 months from the date of these accounts.
