“The Company is materially dependant on the revenue generated through Ukrainian subsidiaries. These subsidiaries have restored local operations following the Russian invasion of Ukraine in March 2022 and remain fully operational as at the date of this report, with business continuity measures successfully put in place. However, due to the uncertain nature of the Russian military invasion, Management have concluded that a material uncertainty exists in relation to the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.”
