Material uncertainty over going concern
The Company is materially dependant on the revenue generated through Ukrainian subsidiaries. These subsidiaries have restored local operations following the Russian invasion of Ukraine in March 2022 and remain fully operational as at the date of this report, with business continuity measures successfully put in place. However, due to the uncertain nature of the Russian military invasion, Management have concluded that a material uncertainty exists in relation to the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.

Oximio resumed operations in Ukraine in March 2022 and later opened a second depot in the Western part of the country to provide flexibility, business continuity, and alternative logistics solutions for clients as they rebuild their clinical trial supply chains because of the impact of the war.”
