“Based on the underlying assumptions of the plans and cashflows, and the pledged support of the parent company JD Sports Fashion Plc. It is assumed that the Company will have sufficient working capital to meet requirements when they fall due and it is expected to generate positive cash flows on its own accounts for the foreseeable future.
