“The directors have considered the company's current and future prospects and its availability of financing and are satisfied that the company can continue to pay its liabilities as they fall due to 31 December 2026. A cashflow forecast has been prepared up until 31 December 2026 and stress tested through the modelling of a worst-case revenue scenario to support the company's ability to generate sufficient cash in order to settle liabilities as and when they fall due. In addition, a commitment has been received from PANDORA A/S (parent company) with regards to the transfer pricing agreement for a period of at least twenty-four months from the approval of these financial statements. The company is reliant on other group entities providing financing. The intercompany credit and deposit agreement with the holding company has also been amended during the prior year to require twenty-four months' written notice. At the date of approval of these financial statements, no notice has been given to or served by the company. For this reason, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of preparation for these financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
