“Based on the analysis completed, management worked closely with Christian Louboutin SAS, the ultimate parent company, to confirm the availability of the company's existing cash pooling agreement throughout the going concern review period. Whilst this facility has an indefinite term, it is inclusive of a cancellation clause which can be exercised by either party with two months' notice. The Company has therefore received a legally binding Corporate Guarantee from Christian Louboutin SAS, confirming their financial support for a period of not less than 12 months from the date these accounts are signed.”
