“The Company has net liabilities at the date of this report, which arose due to amounts due to other Group companies. The company continues to perform its intended function within the Group and has obtained confirmation from Fairstone Private Wealth Limited that it does not intend to demand repayment on intercompany liabilities within the next twelve months. The directors have, at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the Company have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the 12 months from the date of this report.”
