“The directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the Company financial statements. A going concern assessment is prepared for the ultimate parent entity, Butterfly 21 Topco Limited and its subsidiaries (together 'the group'). The directors have received a letter of support from Butterfly 21 Topco Limited, which supports the Company operating as a going concern, on the basis that it will continue to make available such funds that are required by the Company and that it will not seek repayment of any amounts currently due to the parent or other members of the group.”
