“Management has produced forecasts and projections through to 30 November 2026 which have been reviewed by the Directors. These demonstrate that the Company and the Group are forecast to generate profits and cash in the year ending 31 May 2026 and beyond, and that the Company and the Group have sufficient working capital to enable them to meet their obligations as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements. As such, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company and the Group have adequate resources to continue to operate for the foreseeable future. The Directors therefore continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the consolidated financial statements.”
