“The directors have conducted a review to assess whether it is reasonable to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. The company is part of a group treasury arrangement and hence has obtained a letter of support from the group company, Lions Gate International (UK) Limited, which the directors are satisfied has the ability to provide adequate financial support to the company in order that it can meet its liabilities as and when they fall due, for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. The directors have no reason to believe that this financial support will not continue in the future and as such, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
