“The directors have adopted the going concern basis in preparing these accounts after assessing the latest forecast to the end of December 2026, which show the Group to be profitable, cash generative and able to meet its liabilities as they fall due. The business has continued to grow and trade strongly since the end of the financial year and has a significant new business pipeline. Therefore, the directors have not identified any material uncertainties in connection with the ability of the Group or Company to continue as a going concern.”
