“The Directors have adopted the going concern basis in preparing these accounts after assessing the principal risks. Management has produced forecasts for a period of 12 months which have been reviewed by the Directors. These demonstrate the Group has access to sufficient financial facilities to enable it to meet its obligations as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements. In making this assessment the Directors considered a letter of support received from the parent entity Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co. Limited. The Directors have assessed the ability of this entity to provide support such that be required and have concluded that it is able to do so. As such, the Directors are satisfied that the Group has adequate resources to continue to operate for at least 12 months from the approval of these financial statements. For this reason, they continue to adopt the going concern basis for preparing these financial statements.”
