Going concern
Affirmed

“The directors acknowledge that the company has reported a loss in the year. However, this loss is solely due to an impairment of an investment. Excluding this adjustment, the company generated a small underlying profit. The company was established to act as a grant and loan facilitator to companies that the wider group conducts business with, and therefore fluctuations in results each year are expected. When making the assessment upon the Company's ability to continue as a going concern, management consider various factors, including current trading and market conditions, current funding facilities, the expectations of future trading and the ability of the group to operate within available funding facilities, contingent liabilities, and any other relevant facts or circumstances. This assessment covers at least twelve months following the date of approval of the financial statements. Based on their review, the Directors have concluded that the Company will be able to meet its debts as they fall due and have prepared the accounts on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-03-31 vs 2024-03-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
