The Directors have assessed the ability of Worley Limited to provide support for 12 months from date of authorisation of the financial statements, should it be required, and having reviewed the financial position and made suitable enquiries, are satisfied that these financial statements should be prepared on a going concern basis. In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate.”
