- Going concern
- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “The directors are also optimistic about FY25 due to the opening of our new depot in Truro in December 2024. The company took over the area of responsibility of West Cornwall in November 2020; the new depot will allow us to provide even better levels of customer service to new and existing customers. The directors are expecting high levels of growth in this area over the next few years which will in the long term improve the company's performance.”
- “The company is also committed to developing its other existing depots, and plans to spend a significant amount on development and repair work in the coming years. This includes improvements to showrooms, offices and working areas.”
- “There is also continuous investment in equipment and staff to maintain customer service levels and expanding market share.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
