“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the director's use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statement is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the entity's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. AngioDynamics UK Limited derives its income through the sale of products to third parties which are acquired from the Group; accordingly, the company is highly dependent on the Group's support for its continuing existence. The directors have received confirmation from the directors of AngioDynamics Inc. that the parent company has the ability and intention to support AngioDynamics UK Limited for the forseeable future. Therefore, the directors have prepared AngioDynamics UK Limited's financial statements on a going concern basis.”
