Affirmed

“For the purposes of the Director's assessment of the Company's going concern position and to satisfy him of the Company's ability to pay its liabilities as they fall due, the director has performed a going concern assessment which indicates that it is likely that the Company will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as the fall due for a 12 month period following the approval of these financial statements. However, in a reasonably possible downside, that assessment is dependent the Company being able to access the cash it has contributed to the group cash pooling arrangement as required and on a timely basis. The director has assessed the rights of the company under the cash pooling arrangement and concluded that the company will be able to access its funds held by the cash pool on a timely basis should it need to do so.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
