“After making appropriate enquiries, the Board of Directors has a reasonable expectation that the Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason it continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

- “In October 2024 Mike Adnitt CEO and Tony Wood CFO were approved as off payroll AO and CFO by the DfE to support Westwoodside Primary Academy following their Board of Directors being issued an Notice to Improve (NTI) regarding governance and fiduciary responsibilities. Their governing body approved a resolution to join the Trust and an application was submitted to the Yorkshire and Humber Advisory board and their joining was approved on 25th February 2025. Following completion of legal works they joined the Trust on 1st September 2025.”
